What's included in the free version?
The free version lets you use AI to organize your files, but you're
limited to creating 3 custom categories. It also doesn't include
automatic folder watching.
Why does the app need to download a large AI model?
TidyDrop uses a powerful AI model that runs completely on your
device. This requires downloading the model once, but ensures your
files and data never leave your Mac.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely! Since the AI runs locally on your Mac, none of your
files or data are ever uploaded to the cloud. Everything stays on
your device.
What do I get with the Pro version?
Pro users can create unlimited categories for organization and
unlock automatic watching of your Downloads folder. Plus, you get
all future updates for a year included.
Are refunds available?
Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds.
We recommend trying the free version first to ensure TidyDrop meets
your needs.
What features are coming in the future?
We're working on sub-folder organization as a new feature coming in
a future update. Pro users will receive this and other new features
as part of their included updates.
